I would liked to know your position on the deficit.  It       looks to me like Mr. Perot's plan is, in general, quite           realistic.  Is congress doing anything to prepare a similar       overall plan?

                            I am also concerned about this 10 billion in loan guarantees  being granted to Israel.  I just don't understand how Congress    can authorize something like that, even without considering our   many other national priorities
