Effective with this release, Canadian Bulletin Board Systems offering 9600
or faster CONNECT rates are listed in a file distributed by a separate source.

This was done to make it more convenient for Canadian systems to be better
served by a more local BBS list keeper.

IAN SINGER has assumed the task of maintaining the equivalent list for 
Canadian systems. Look for 96CDA.TXT (or a similar name) on a BBS near you
for a more complete and current list of Canadian high speed systems.
