Welcome to Basice for Windows CE.

To install this product:

1) Go the "My Handheld PC" directory
2) Create a new folder called "basice"
   File|New Folder
3) Go to the basice directory
4) Create a new folder called "lib"
5) Place all the .utl files in the lib directory
6) Put the rest of the files in the basice directory
