Setting a drive state to optimal

You can use this action only when the following is true:

• The failed drive is part of a disk group.
• There are no degraded logical devices in the disk group.

Attention: When you set a failed drive to optimal, there is a high risk of data loss.

1. In the Physical devices view, click (failed physical drive).
   
   
2. Right-click Set drive state to optimal.
   
   
3. Click Yes to confirm.
