As to the exact methodology being implemented by the Obama regime against its own citizens, in this planned mass depopulation event, this report says, involves the use of US environmental agencies, seizing millions of acres of land from their present American owners, ...and transferring its ownership, to their indigenous population, in areas known as Indian Reservations.  Shockingly, this report continues, the Obama regime began implementing this ΓÇ£master planΓÇ¥ , when the Obama regimes US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on 6 December 2013 [photo top left], gave over ownership of the entire city of Riverton, Wyoming, to the Wind River Indian Reservation,.... thus depriving over 10,000 American citizens, of their home ownership rights.  Important to note, this report says, is that the Obama regimes EPA, used what is called the Clean Air Act, to steal these American homes and land, as a part of this environmental legislation, allows indigenous tribes to file applications as a state, in order to delineate boundaries, and receive higher levels of grant funding, for monitoring their air quality. States ΓÇö or in this case, the tribes ΓÇö must monitor up to 50 miles beyond any boundary demarcating land, monitored under the Clean Air Act. Because the Wind River Indian Reservation surrounds Riverton,... the Obama regime found that the city falls under the jurisdiction of the tribes. According to this report, David Satter [photo top left], a veteran Moscow correspondent who has been reporting from Russia since the 1970s, and who worked for the US-Congress funded radio station and internet news service Radio Free Europe (RFE) in Moscow, ....was denied reentry into Russia last month, after he traveled to Kiev, Ukraine, where the FSB reports he met with Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operatives, ΓÇ£closely associatedΓÇ¥ with Caucasus Region terror groups, funded and controlled by the director general of the General Intelligence Presidency (GIP) Prince Bandar bin Sultan. Critical to note, this report says, is that Prince Bandar had previously (August, 2013) threatened President Putin, that unless Russia renounced its support for Syria, Chechen terror groups under his (BandarΓÇÖs) control, would conduct attacks on Russian soil, in order to disrupt, if not cancel, the upcoming Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.  Transcripts released from PutinΓÇÖs meeting with Prince Bandar, revealed that he said: ΓÇ£I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics next yearΓÇ¥ and that ΓÇ£the Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games, are controlled by us.ΓÇ¥ Bandar further stated to Putin, this report says, that Chechen terrorists currently in Syria, were a tool that could be used at will, and that he was speaking with the full backing of the US government. Most shocking in this report, however, is the FSB detailing how Satter traveled to Kiev, and met with Obama regime CIA operatives, to provide them with ΓÇ£logistical informationΓÇ¥ related to MoscowΓÇÖs transportation systems and security operations.... which, in turn, the CIA was intending to provide to one of Prince BandarΓÇÖs terror groups, for the express purpose of ΓÇ£finding and eliminatingΓÇ¥ Snowden. In a world where the United Nations' Human Rights Council unanimously ruled that Internet access is a human right, ...a committee of the European Parliament voted to protect the Internet for their citizens, the nation of Finland became the first country in the world, to declare broadband Internet access, a legal right, and the peoples of South Korea, Switzerland, Germany, France (to just name a few), pay an average of $25.00 a month, for a 500 Mbps connection that's 58 times faster than the US average which people in New York pay in excess of $300.00 a month for…this past week has seen what is being called “The Great Obama Firewall” descend upon the United States, and its nearly 314 million citizens.
Though similar to The Golden Shield Project (colloquially referred to as the Great Firewall of China), which is an Internet censorship and surveillance project operated by the Ministry of Public Security division of the government of China, since 2003, ΓÇ£The Great Obama FirewallΓÇ¥ is infinitely more insidious, as it now allows only the few largest Internet firms in the United States, to control 90% of the news and information, to be seen the American public.
The genesis of ΓÇ£The Great Obama FirewallΓÇ¥ began with The Telecommunications Act of 1996, that the American people were told, would usher in a new era of competition, but who got just the opposite, when the number of companies that control their media, went from around 50 in the 1980s, to six today, and all while having their local media coverage being decimated, and leaving them with the illusion of infinite choice, when what they really have, is one oligopolistic corporate voice controlling nearly everything they read, see and hear.       Even worse are that these few behemoth corporations controlling all of the information in America, were only able to accomplish this, by a mandated provision of The Telecommunications Act of 1996, called the Universal Service Fund (USF) that paid for (and is still paying for) the entire broadband Internet infrastructure throughout the United States, with their own citizens tax dollars!
To understand how this was able to come about, one has to understand that the telecommunication industry, is one of the biggest lobbying groups in the US, and it exerts tremendous influence over the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which is often thought of as a classic ΓÇ£captured agencyΓÇ¥ ΓÇö one that is run, by the very people and businesses itΓÇÖs supposed to be regulating.  The ΓÇ£revolving doorΓÇ¥ between the FCC and industry, is evident in President ObamaΓÇÖs recent appointment of new FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler, a telecom lobbyist and venture capitalist, who is called an ΓÇ£Obama loyalistΓÇ¥, willing to do anything to protect his industries interests, against the rights of the American people.
An example of who ObamaΓÇÖs ΓÇ£captured agencyΓÇ¥ FCC protects, is former Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg, who said that web applications (like search engines, online video, VoIP telephone) need to ΓÇ£share the costΓÇ¥ of broadband - broadband that's already been paid for by the American people!  ΓÇ£We have to make sure that they [application providers] don't sit on our network, and chew up bandwidth. We need to pay for the pipe.ΓÇ¥
Now to fully understand how ΓÇ£The Great Obama FirewallΓÇ¥ being implemented by the FCC, is going to change forever the entire American culture forever, you need to know the significance of the Net Neutrality ruling, just handed down this week by ObamaΓÇÖs Federal Court in Washington D.C.    In its simplest terms,  Net Neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers and governments, should treat all data on the Internet, equally, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, site, platform, application, type of attached equipment, and modes of communication.          WhatΓÇÖs new with this latest Obama court decision, is that the same amount of bandwidth, may now cost more for some uses than others, and many uses could be limited ΓÇö or even excluded entirely. ItΓÇÖs as though the delivery speed of two identical pieces of mail, depended upon who dropped them in the mailbox ΓÇö or the price of a telephone call varied, based upon what the caller happens to say while on the line.      Former FCC commissioner Michael Copps in 2010 warned about the dangers of this happening, when he told the New York Times that he wanted to make sure the Internet ΓÇ£doesnΓÇÖt travel down the same road of special interest consolidation, and gate-keeper control, that other media and telecommunications industries ΓÇö radio, television, film and cableΓÇö have traveled.ΓÇ¥ ΓÇ£What an historic tragedy it would be,ΓÇ¥ he said, ΓÇ£to let that fate befall the dynamism of the Internet.ΓÇ¥       Well, IΓÇÖm sorry to tell you all, but this ΓÇ£historic tragedyΓÇ¥ is now a reality in America, and it will never be the same again.
Even as I write these words, the “algorithms of censorship and control” are now being unleashed upon the entire United States, secreting out and destroying every dissenting website, blog, Facebook page, Twitter comment, YouTube video, you name it…ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING on the Internet in America relating to information you are not allowed to know about, is being systematically eradicated.

Down the Rabbit Hole, A Note of Thanks ΓÇö and More to Come, from Robert J. The facts and historical points depicted in the article have been available through numerous sources since their occurrence. My intention was to link them in an article format so the larger picture could be more clearly  seen.
Most everyone these days seems to be ΓÇÿoccupiedΓÇÖ by something, usually having to do with matters of money and trying to hold onto some of it in the midst of rising responsibilities and pressures from every direction.
Down the Rabbit Hole was not easy or comfortable to write. The most challenging aspect was in deciding what information to include and what information NOT to include, while still maintaining its integrity and message.
Contrary to JeanieΓÇÖs gracious preface, without her input and close collaboration, DTRH would not have contained and carried the same intensity, depth and focus. JeanΓÇÖs desire was to drill down as far and as deep as it took to reach the aquifer of TRUTH, while at the same time including just the minimum of details to get there. There is so much more to tell. There is so much more for us all to consider together.
Down The Rabbit Hole was truly a labor of love. We plan to continue this collaboration by posting more thought provoking articles for your consideration ΓÇö several of which are in progress now.

Patricia, its not really our ΓÇÿgovernmentΓÇÖ in place today. . The extent of corruption and ulterior agendas negates any relation to representation of We The People- and it goes back decades- Anyone able to reach a Congressional level has had to accept funding from somewhere, and no-one I know hands out large sums of money to anyone or organization with no strings attached.

If it takes approximately $1,000 to buy $1 million dinar.  How much would $5 million dollars buy in dinar?  Then, how much would they make at the exchange of $32. 
They just took their millionaire clients and turned them into TRILLIONAIRES with a flick of the switch and without any pain.

The German bank will sell its gold and silver fixing membership and stop submitting gold forward offered rates, according to a person familiar with the decision, who asked not to be identified because the information isnΓÇÖt public. The move comes a month after the Frankfurt-based lender said it will cut about 200 jobs in raw materials.
The bank is one of five gold and three silver members that help set fixings, benchmark rates used by mining companies, jewelers and central banks to trade and value metals. The U.K. Financial Conduct Authority is said to be scrutinizing how prices are set in the $20 trillion gold market. German regulator Bafin is reviewing how banks participate in price-setting as part of its review of benchmark administration in the wake of the London interbank offered rate rigging scandal.

end ================    HYPOTHECATION, civil law.  This term is used principally in the civil law; it is defined to be a right which a creditor has over a thing belonging to another, and which consists in the power to cause it to be sold, in order to be paid his claim out of the proceeds.       2. There are two species of hypothecation, one called pledge, pignus, and, the other properly denominated hypothecation. Pledge is that species, of hypothecation which is contracted by the delivery of the debtor to the creditor, of the thing hypothecated. Hypothecation, properly so called, is that which is contracted without delivery of the thing hypothecated. 2 Bell's Com. 25, 5th ed.
     3. Hypothecation is further divided into general and special when the debtor hypothecates to his creditor all his estate and property, which he has, or may have, the hypothecation is general; when the hypothecation is confined to a particular estate, it is special.        4. Hypothecations are also distinguished into conventional, legal, and tacit. 1. Conventional hypothecations are those which arise by the agreement of the parties. Dig. 20, 1, 5.
     5.-2. Legal hypothecation is that which has not been agreed upon by any contract, express or implied; such as arises from the effect of judgments and executions.
     6.-3. A tacit, which is also a legal hypothecation, is that which the law gives in certain cases, without the consent of the parties, to secure the creditor; such as, 1st. The lien which the public treasury has over the property of public debtors. Code, 8, 15, 1. 2d. The landlord has a lien on the goods in the house leased, for the payment of his rent. Dig. 20, 2, 2; Code, 8, 15, 7, 3d. The builder has a lien, for his bill, on the house he has built. Dig. 20, 1. 4th, The pupil has a lien on the property of the guardian for the balance of his account. Dig. 46, 6, 22; Code, 6, 37, 20. 5th. There is hypothecation of the goods of a testator for the security of a legacy he has given. Code, 6, 43, 1.
     7. In the common law, cases of hypothecation, in the strict sense of the civil law, that is, of a pledge of a chattel, without possession by the pledgee, are scarcely to be found; cases of bottomry bonds and claims for seamen's wages, against ships are the nearest approach to it; but these are liens and privileges rather than hypothecations. Story, Bailm. Sec. 288. It seems that chattels not in existence, though they cannot be pledged, can be hypothecated, so that the lien will attach, as soon as the chattel has been produced. 14 Pick.
