Yesterday the packs were in Treasury and held there on orders of YING and UNDER YINGS NAME thinking that would preclude
their retrieval.
At 9:30 p.m. the packs were removed from Treasury with the assistance of World Court Orders, The Ming, The Families and a certain Prime Minister. They were to be sent to airports around the country for pick up by the recipients this morning after telephone notification. At 12:45 a.m. "our people" were working on Flight Plans and ETA's after the packs had been removed to a safe location.
Our People were working under constant threats to themselves and their families including threats from OBAMA personally. When the packs were removed from Treasury OBAMA, Senators,
Congressmen and certain Judiciary WENT BALLISTIC. HE and THEY said
"this will never happen, it must be stopped and it will be stopped".
Every imaginable road block had already been erected to preclude their
removal from Treasury.
From his Compound in CHINA YING said that he and OBAMA and
The QUEEN and the CHINESE GOVERNMENT will never allow the deliveries to
occur. He referred to "us" as a bunch of dumb asses" but is having
trouble explaining how WE know what he says to those in his own
Compound. Perhaps WE are not as dumb as you think brother YING (little
big man)?
HE and others want the Gold Backed Currencies in our accounts and have done every conceivable thing without success
to access the accounts.
He was told last night to "back off" but will not listen. The World Court issued a warrant for his arrest last night.
WE need help. WE are seriously worried about our people in D.C.. All lines have been blocked all night and this morning. WE are deeply concerned about their welfare. Their families have been threatened. A complete AUDIT of TREASURY has been underway by outside auditors, not those previously bribed as previously reported. MASSIVE EMBEZZLEMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN UNCOVERED. Treasury has been used as a personal piggy bank by all PRESIDENTS from SENIOR to OBAMA. Certain SENATORS, CONGRESSMEN, JUDICIARY and TREASURY SECRETARIES including GEITHNER have each USED TREASURY AS THEIR PERSONAL PIGGY BANK. money itself, but information and perhaps debit cards for accessing
some very large sums of money, intended for participants in one or more
'prosperity programs' that closed to new members in 1999 (or in one
case, 2002).
What have come to
be called collectively the "prosperity programs" involve a distribution
of wealth to at least some of the "little people" but also a "taking
down" of the Federal Reserve and those who have been back of it, which
implies also the demise of the IRS and the debt-based fiat currency
system
and the
rebirth of "honest money" for America and the world.
Along the way
there would also be the demise of what we refer to as "Corp US", a
corporate structure that has been standing in the position of the
original jurisdiction federal government but that has not been bound by
the Constitution - it has _looked_ like "our government" but has not
been, in fact, since about 1914.

...(....) This reader is trying to combine two different
things.
Casper is watching ONLY the Freedom program packages which
was placed in front of all the other programs by Bush 41 and Kissinger.
So by protocal that program MUST be delivered first before the other
programs refered to as the Prosperity Programs. If they can prevent the
Freedom packs from being delivered the rest of the programs are
prevented from being delivered. It also blocks the announcements. The
Freedom program is a smaller program and therefore less packages to
control.
POOF is talking about the rest of the programs or the
Prosperity Programs. There are two different concepts and entities.
They HAVE been trying to deliver the FREEDOM Program packages which
Casper details and have been thwarted. There has been some chatter
lately of delivering some prosperity programs and bypass the log-jam
and receive those when you go to the bank. I hope this
helps clear up peoples concepts of the deliveries.

received TARP funds have been instructed by US Federal Reserve to
further restrict commercial lending. Loans have to be 75%

has secretly had to borrow an additional $80 billion from US Treasury.

in the assassination of his father, and JFK Jnr's plans to run for US

not be allowed, so Bush Snr and Bush Jnr, together, were both involved
in arranging the assassination/airplane crash of a third member of the
Kennedy family, JFK Jnr, on the 16th July 1999, as he and his wife and
sister-in-law were on their way to Martha's Vineyard.
Less well known than the fact that George Bush Snr was
the prime mover behind the assassinations of the Kennedys, is the fact
that George Bush Snr also instructed the murder of his son, President
George Bush Jnr.
George Bush Snr and Dick Cheney decided late in 2002, when
George Bush Jnr was panicking about the 911 cover-up, that the US
President had become too erratic and unreliable to be safely
controllable in the White House. He was beginning to say things and
sign things which were inexpedient to corporate America. By that time,
George Bush Jnr was also an alcohol and cocaine addict.
In January 2003, the 43rd President of the United States of
America was quietly murdered and cremated by his father and his Vice
President. One of
his pre-prepared clones was woken up at Camp David, brushed-up
and put into service.

With new information now coming to light about the widespread human cloning of public figures in politics, finance, religion, the military and the celebrity culture, attention is turning, once again, to the two McCartneys conundrum. For many decades people have taken the view that the original pop star Paul McCartney of the Beatles, a Tavistock Institute band, is dead. He died in a car accident in 1966 which was reported by several media outlets before being hushed up. The car accident, like Princess Diana's thirty years later, was an arranged murder or cover for an arranged murder. After
1966 it was widely noted that Paul McCartney had changed. He was
considerably taller, and his physiognomy, voice and mannerisms were
different. And evidence is emerging which suggests that the Beatles
didn't even write some of the music accredited to them after that date.
The Beatles were planned by the shadow controllers of the sixties music
industry. The purpose of the Beatles was social engineering. The
phenomenon of the Beatles was not a spontaneous rebellion by youth
against the old social system. It was a carefully crafted plot to
introduce, by a conspiratorial body which could not be identified, a
highly destructive and divisive element into a large worldwide
population group targeted for change against its will.
New words and new phrases prepared by the Tavistock
Institute mind-moulders were introduced to America along with the
Beatles. Words such as "rock" in relation to music sounds, "teenager,"
"cool," "discovered" and "pop music" were a lexicon of disguised code
words signifying the acceptance of illicit drugs. The subtext beneath
this vocabulary arrived with and accompanied the Beatles wherever they
went. It had only to be "discovered" by teenagers. The word "teenager"
was never used until just before the Beatles arrived on the scene,

It was important at that time for the Shadow Government
(controlling the USA from Europe) to affirm illicit drug use in the
youth culture. This would enrich the drug barons worldwide who paid for
the private armies and bribes necessary to maintain hidden
power. In
2009, the USA is in Afghanistan to protect the illicit drugs trade.
And in 2009, most major US banks have only been able to stay afloat by
bringing illicit drugs money on to their books by using counterfeit
source of funds documentation.
One persistent idea is that in September 1966, Paul
McCartney was replaced with a double called William Shepherd or William
Campbell. McCartney was terminated and replaced because he refused to
go along with the pro-drug agenda of the Beatles' Tavistock
controllers. After 1966, the new Paul McCartney started doing frank
interviews about his LSD habit.
McCartney's murder not only eliminated someone who wouldn't
go with the program, it served as a warning to others in the circle not
step out of the Tavistock line. It is more likely, however, that Paul
McCartney was cloned before being terminated, samples of his originator
DNA having been obtained, cultured and amplified before his accident.
Human clones, such as the
Bushes, the Clintons and the Obamas, are not ensouled. They have no
souls - no innate communication with positive influences among the
Higher Evolution in the higher dimensions. They are intelligent,
mind-controlled meat-machines, programmed by those whose negative

Those on the
negative path are able to perform amazing feats of consciousness and
'magic' thousands of years in advance of everyone else. The Creator
seems to have designed this as a standard throughout the Universe.
Granted, those
magical abilities come from absorbing the energy and vitality of
others. It clearly states in the Law of One that negative entities feed
on fear. They literally use it as a food source for their own
sustenance. If this food chain were to be disrupted, worldwide, for
even one single day, they would suffer such great damage that they
might never recover from it.
They are
not concerned with eating us, like the TV series 'V' would suggest. We
are of much greater value to them by being 'farmed' for fear.
So yes... the
Earth is designed to be a fear farm. Negative entities like the
Anunnaki are manipulating the very top levels of the
military-industrial complex to create a mass media system that keeps
the 'farm' producing its number-one cash crop -- fear and anger.
If the negatives
were not allowed to have this head start, there would be no incentive
for them to participate in the Cosmic Plan.
SIXTH DENSITY
ENTITIES CREATE A 'MATRIX' THE NEGATIVES THINK IS REAL
Sixth density
beings are also involved in constructing elaborate, hypercomplex
parallel realities the negatives can actually see, visit and even live
within, all to give them the illusion that they know what the future
will bring. Since they can time travel, if they could see the REAL
future probabilities where they completely lose power, they would have
no incentive to continue.
I find it quite
humorous that the negatives' favorite activity is presenting a false
reality and tricking people into believing it's real, when in fact they
are also being 'played' by the sixth density folks the exact same way!
This gives them an incentive to keep doing their jobs. However, I am
told they will find 'glitches in the matrix' and so forth that will
clue them in, should they bother to look, that this reality is not, in
fact, true.
INTEGRATE OR
DETERIORATE
Ultimately they
have to either integrate the loving consciousness of the One Infinite
Creator, in their quest for Unity Consciousness, or else they end up
slowly deteriorating, experiencing increasing genetic damage. Their
bodies literally fall apart, just like Dan Burisch has reported with
the J-RODs who are working with Majestic. Ultimately they will dissolve
back into pure energy if they do not make the shift to loving
consciousness.
In Ra's case back
on Venus, a man and woman were at the top of their version of the
Illuminati pyramid. They were highly negatively polarized, clever and
deceptive. They had to work through fourth and fifth density negative,
and ultimately came to understand the loving Unity Consciousness of the
very Being they are living within. They integrated the positive and
were welcomed into Ra's sixth density social memory complex in a grand
'family reunion.'
The past was able
to be laughed about, the players now realizing how everyone had their
role to fulfill in the great dance of consciousness.
LOVE YOUR
ENEMIES... AND SET BOUNDARIES
In our own case,
once the pineal glands we were outfitted with by sixth density beings
some 75,000 years ago finally go 'online,' as so many of us are just
now starting to experience, our abilities will soon become vastly
greater than anything the negatives can counteract.
The real key to
this 'positive magic' is that you do not fear or hate those who would
attack you.
Instead, you see
the Oneness of all. Recognize they are you -- there's only one of us
here. Love and accept them for who they are. Be kind to them. At the
same time, make a very clear boundary that you do not and will not
accept what they are offering you. Tell them to go and leave you in
peace.
That is the real
art of how business gets done in the higher realms when you are
attacked by shadow entities. They will literally run screaming when
this approach is utilized. True compassion and sympathy for them sears

Appearing on The Alex Jones Show yesterday, Lord Christopher
Monckton went further than ever before in his vehement opposition to
the elitists running the climate change scam, calling for the UN to be
shut down and for fraudulent peddlers of global warming propaganda like
Al Gore to be arrested and criminally prosecuted.
Monckton said that those who are threatening to shut down
economies, bankrupt nations, and deepen the problems of the third world
by implementing draconian policies in the name of global warming should
be indicted, prosecuted and imprisoned “for a very long time”.
“The fraudsters and racketeers from Al Gore to the people at
the University of East Anglia who have been making their fortune at the
expense of taxpayers and the little guy,” should be criminally charged,
said Monckton, in response to the climategate scandal.
“We the people have got to rise up worldwide, found a party
in every country which stands for freedom and make sure we fight this
bureaucratic communistic world government monster to a standstill –
they shall not pass,” he added.
Monckton said that the United Nations should be “closed
down,” adding that he talked to a senior UN ambassador in Canada who
told him that he no longer saw any purpose in the UN and it exists
“only to enrich itself at the expense of the nations it claims to

Monckton said that the
agenda behind the global warming movement was to set up a communistic
world government which will be run by people who “do not care how many
people they kill with their policies” and that their goal is to “do
away with democracy forever by stealth using the excuse to save the
planet.”
Monckton said that the people running the scam had a
“deliberate desire to control population by killing people in large
numbers deliberately if necessary.”
The former advisor to Margaret Thatcher said that the
warmists were sounding more and more desperate and knew that they had
been rumbled as a result of climategate, which would only make it more
urgent for them to try and force through a binding treaty in Copenhagen.
Monckton said that the answer to combating the move towards

have been being conducted off the coast of California, near Camp

November, then again today they brought in four trains of Canadian
military equipment from CFB Petawawa Canada, to
Fort Irwin, California.

According to there findings, our DNA is not only responsible
for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and
communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code
—especially in the apparent "useless" 90%— follows the same rules as
all our human languages.
To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in
which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics
(the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of
grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a
regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages.
Therefore, human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a
reflection of our inherent DNA.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr
Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of
DNA. In brief the bottom line was: "Living chromosomes
function just like a holographic computer using endogenous DNA laser
radiation." This means that they managed, for example, to modulate
certain frequency patterns (sound) onto a laser-like ray which
influenced DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself.
Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of
language (as explained earlier) is of the same structure, no DNA
decoding is necessary. One can simply use words and sentences of the
human language! This, too, was experimentally proven!
Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will
always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves,
if the proper frequencies (sound) are being used. This finally and
scientifically explains why affirmations, hypnosis and the like can
have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely
normal and natural for our DNA to react to language.
While western researchers cut single genes from DNA strands
and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically created
devices that influence cellular metabolism through modulated radio and
light frequencies, thus repairing genetic defects.
They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA
and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another
genome. So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to
salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns!
This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side
effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing
single genes from the DNA.
This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming
revolution and sensation: by simply applying vibration (sound
frequencies) and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure!
This experiment points to the immense power of wave
genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of
organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.
Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our
body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been
scientifically proven and explained.
Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not
everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same
strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and
development in order to establish a conscious communication with the
DNA.
The Russian researchers work on a method that is not
dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the
correct frequency. But the higher developed an individual's
consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device: one
can achieve these results by oneself. Science will finally stop
laughing at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. And it
doesn't end there.
The Russian scientists also found out that our DNA can cause
disturbing patterns in a vacuum, thus producing magnetized
wormholes! Wormholes are the microscopic equivalents of the
so-called Einstein-Rosen bridges in the vicinity of black holes (left
by burned-out stars).
These are tunnel connections between entirely different
areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted
outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information
and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of
hyper-communication (telepathy, channeling) is most effective in a
state of relaxation.
Stress, worry or a hyperactive intellect prevent successful
hyper-communication or the information will be totally distorted and
useless. In nature, hyper-communication has been successfully applied
for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insects proves
this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level
as "intuition." But we, too, can regain full use of it.
As an example from nature, when a queen ant is separated
from her colony, the remaining worker ants will continue building
fervently according to plan. However, if the queen is killed, all
work in the colony stops. No ant will know what to do. Apparently, the
queen transmits the "building plans" even if far away —via the group
consciousness with her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants,
as long as she is alive.
In humans,
hyper-communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains
access to information that is outside one's knowledge base. Such
hyper-communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition
(also in trance channeling). The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini, for
instance, dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the
violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece
exactly from memory. He called it the Devil's Trill Sonata.
For years, a 42-year old male nurse dreamt of a situation in
which he was hooked up to a kind of knowledge CD-ROM. Verifiable
knowledge from all imaginable fields was then transmitted to him that
he was able to recall in the morning. There was such a flood of
information that it seemed a whole encyclopedia was transmitted at
night. The majorities of facts were outside his personal knowledge base
and reached technical details of which he knew absolutely nothing. When
hyper-communication occurs, one can observe in the DNA, as well as in
the human, supernatural phenomena.
The Russian scientists irradiated DNA samples with laser
light. On screen, a typical wave pattern was formed. When
they removed the DNA sample, the wave pattern did not disappear, it
remained. Many controlled experiments showed that the pattern continued
to come from the removed sample, whose energy field apparently remained
by itself. This effect is now called phantom DNA effect. It is
surmised that energy from outside of space and time still flows through
the activated wormholes after the DNA was removed. The side effects
encountered most often in hyper-communication in humans are
inexplicable electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of the persons
concerned.
Electronic devices like CD players and the like can be
irritated and cease to function for hours. When the electromagnetic
field slowly dissipates, the devices function normally again.
Many healers and psychics know this effect from their
work: the better the atmosphere and energy, the more frustrating
it can be for recording devices as they stop functioning at that exact
moment. Often by next morning all is back to normal.
Perhaps this is reassuring to read for many, as it has
nothing to do with them being technically inept; it means they are good
at hyper-communication.
In their book Vernetzte
Intelligenz, Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections
precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in
earlier times humanity had been just like the animals: very strongly
connected to group consciousness and thereby acted as a group. In
order to develop and experience individuality, however, we humans had
to forget hyper-communication almost completely.
Now that we are fairly stable in our individual
consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness —namely
one in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without
being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that
information.
We now know that just as we use the internet, our DNA can feed proper
data into the network, can retrieve data from the network, and can
establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote
healing, telepathy or "remote sensing" about the state of another can
thus be explained. Some animals know from afar when their owners plan
to return home. This can be freshly interpreted and explained via the
concepts of group consciousness and hyper-communication.
Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over
any period of time without a distinctive individuality; otherwise we
would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily
manipulated. Hyper-communication in the new millennium means
something quite different.
Researchers think that if humans with full individuality
would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to
create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively
moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind.
Fifty percent of children will
become a problem as soon as they go to school, since the system lumps
everyone together and demands adjustment. But the individuality of
today's children is so strong that they refuse this adjustment and
resist giving up their idiosyncrasies in the most diverse ways.
At the same time more and more clairvoyant children are
born. Something in those children is striving more towards the
group consciousness of the new kind, and it can no longer be suppressed.
As a rule, weather for example is rather difficult to
influence by a single individual. But it may be influenced by group
consciousness (nothing new about this to some indigenous tribes).
Weather is strongly influenced by Earth resonance frequencies (Schumann
frequencies). But those same frequencies are also produced in our
brains, and when many people synchronize their thinking or when
individuals (spiritual masters, for instance) focus their thoughts in a
laser-like fashion, then it is not at all surprising that they can
influence the weather.
A modern day civilization which develops group consciousness
would have neither environmental problems nor scarcity of energy:
for if it were to use such mental powers as a unified civilization, it
would have control of the energies of its home planet as a natural
consequence.
When a great number of people become unified with higher
intention as in meditating on peace —potentials of violence also
dissolve.
Apparently, DNA is also an organic superconductor that can
work at normal body temperature, as opposed to artificial
superconductors which require extremely low temperatures between -200
and -140°C to function. In addition, all
superconductors are able to store light and thus information. This
further explains how DNA can store information.
There is another phenomenon linked to DNA and wormholes.
Normally, these super-small wormholes are highly unstable and are
maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain
conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves, which then form
distinctive vacuum domains in which for example, gravity can transform
into electricity. Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas
that contain considerable amounts of energy. There are regions in
Russia where such radiant balls appear very often.
Following the ensuing confusion the Russians started massive
research programs leading finally to some of the discoveries mentioned
above. Many people know vacuum domains as shiny balls in the sky. The
attentive look at them in wonder and ask themselves, what they could be.
I thought once: "Hello up there. If you happen to be a
UFO, fly in a triangle." And suddenly, the light balls moved in a
triangle. Or they shot across the sky like ice hockey pucks: they
accelerated from zero to crazy speeds while sliding silently across the
sky. One is left gawking and I have, as many others, too, thought them
to be UFOs. Friendly ones, apparently, as they flew in triangles just
to please me.
Now, the Russians found —in the regions where vacuum domains
often appear— that sometimes fly as balls of light from the ground
upwards into the sky, and that these balls can be guided by
thought. Since then it has been found that vacuum domains emit
waves of low frequency that are also produced in our brains and because
of this similarity of waves they are able to react to our thoughts. To
run excitedly into one that is on ground level might not be such a
great idea, because those balls of light can contain immense energies
and are capable of mutating our genes.
Many spiritual teachers also
produce such visible balls or columns of light in deep meditation or
during energy work, which trigger decidedly pleasant feelings and do
not cause any harm. Apparently this is also dependent on some inner
order, quality and origin of the vacuum domain. There are some
spiritual teachers, like the young Englishman Ananda, for example, with
whom nothing is seen at first, but when one tries to take a photograph
while they sit and speak or meditate in hyper-communication, one gets
only a picture of a white cloud on a chair.
In certain Earth healing projects, such light effects also
appear on photographs. Simply put, this phenomena has to do with
gravity and anti-gravity forces that are ever more stable forms of
wormholes and displays of hyper-communication with energies from
outside our time and space structure. Earlier generations that
experienced such hyper-communication and visible vacuum domains were
convinced that an angel had appeared before them: and we cannot
be too sure to what forms of consciousness we can get access when using
hyper-communication.
Not having scientific proof for their actual existence,
people having had such experiences do NOT all suffer from
hallucinations. We have simply made another giant step towards
understanding our reality. Official science also knows of gravity anomalies
on Earth that contribute to the formation of vacuum domains.
