ABSTRACT:

This self extracting file contains a BETA version of NLMDEBUG.NLM
and Modular CLIB for NetWare 4.10.  Therer is also some
documentation included for NLMDEBUG however it is not fully up to
date with this BETA release (sorry).  Novell encourages
developers to test their products using Modular CLIB; however
this version of Modular CLIB has not been fully tested and should
not be used in a production environment.
