ABSTRACT:

This sample code demonstrates how to send a diagnostic configuration packet to
a node and process the response    that comes back. Since any node that has
IPXODI loaded  by default has the Diagnostic responder loaded, this code can
be used to determine if a node is active. This will also work with Servers
(they also have a diagnostic responder).
