ISSUE

CHATWN.EXE contains an example application that demonstrates Windows peer to
peer programming.  This application has options to select IPX, SPX, or TLI
transport protocols.  The TLI option uses SPX as the underlying protocol. 
This file contains both source and executable modules.

Several Developers have requested information about developer IPX,SPX and TLI
applications and have requested sample code on how to do this.  CHAT.EXE
contains an example application that demonstrates Windows peer to peer
programming.  This application has options to select IPX, SPX, or TLI
