SOFTCHK will check to ensure all necessary dataset files exist
and that there is no corruption in the DAT files.

Installation Instructions:

There is no installation.  Simply execute the following command:
SOFTCHK.EXE /? for more command line information.  NOTE - This
utility uses a /datadir switch rather than a /data switch.  The
/datadir switch points to the dataset directory with no dataset
id name.
