This is revision i of the MCI Gateway 1.0.  It is the last
revision.  It fixes various problems with communication to MCI.

SYMPTOM:

Messages downloaded from the MCI Mail network that had routed
through X.400, would come down in several parts, in the form of
garbled attachments to a message.  This patch partially corrects
that problem.  Also fixes sundry communication problems with MCI.

SOLUTION: 

Install this patch in the suggested locations.

Installation Instructions:

This patch contains two files.  MCI.EXE should be placed in the
MCI Gateway directory (i.e. C:\MCI10\ACCOUNT1).  MCIS.EXE should
be placed in the Connection Server directory (i.e., C:\OFFCS).
