Cartridge images

The RPK format is used with the MESS emulator. Cartridges are used by providing
the RPK file name as a startup parameter with the -cart option, or by selecting
within the MESS image menu.

From version 0.148, a second format is supported which has cartridge dump files 
stored in ZIP archive files. The ZIP archive files just need to be stored in 
a location that is indicated in the rompath property of the mess.ini file. 
Cartridges are used by specifying their name (ZIP file name without ".zip")
with the -cart option or within the MESS image menu.
