Global Search Window

   The Global Search Window is used for entering criteria for a global
search through the UMS messagebase. You can enter AmigaDOS patterns in
the string gadgets but if you use normal strings searching will be much
faster.

The Global Search Window has the following control items:


  Buttons              	Buttons in the Global Search Window.
  String Gadgets           	String gadgets in the Global Search Window.
  Cycle Gadgets             	Cycle gadgets in the Global Search Window.

   All messages which match these criteria will be read from the UMS
messagebase and displayed in a messagelist. If the scan window is
closed while IntuiNews is searching it will abort and all messages
found so far will be displayed.
