Springs

  A spring has three  parameters associated with  it.   Kspring, Kdamp
and rest length.  The spring force is calculated as follows (according
to Hooke's law):

	  F = - Kspring * (length - rest length) - Kdamp  *
		    (velocity in spring direction)
