of S.Krichinsky, A.Gogen and craftsmen from 
Central Asia

The Mosque is stylized in imitation of traditional 
Central Asian architecture. The main prototype is 
the Gur-Emir Mausoleum in Samarkand. The 
majolica decoration of the portals and cupola 
was performed under the supervision of the 
ceramist P.Vaulin. The interior is decorated in 
the Moslem architectural tradition.
