Primorsky Prospekt, 91 1909-15. Architect G. Baranovsky. The Temple was put up on the initiative of Dalai-lama, with prominent orientalists as consultants (including V. Radlov, S. Oldenburg. N. Roerich and others). In its design Tibetian architectural motifs and Buddhist symbols were used. In 1990 the temple was returned into possession of the Buddhist community.
