	The Runabout hangs motionless near the dark and 
	foreboding station.

13A  INT. EMPOK NOR - AIRLOCK (OPTICAL)

	Garak, in a spacesuit, taps a few keys on an open 
	panel. Nearby him, a "floating" piece of debris. As 
	the airlock emergency LIGHTS go on -- the floating 
	debris crashes to the floor.

	Favoring the central hub as some of the LIGHTS start to 
	twinkle to life.
