			wanted for crimes against the Romulan 
			Empire.  His execution was perfectly 
			legal.

			May I ask what crimes he committed?

					ROMULAN
			Smuggling, counterfeiting, dealing 
			in stolen property... I'll transmit 
			a record of his offenses to you 
			immediately.
