If you have preconfigured the regional and keyboard settings, then the Regional and Keyboard Settings page in Windows Welcome does not appear. If any values on this screen are invalid, then the screen appears to the end user. To determine the value of the Regional and Keyboard Settings page programmatically, use the Directions.get_DoRegionalKeyboard method. Specifies whether Windows Welcome proceeds to the Welcome page after the introductory video finishes.
IntroOnly only applies to the retail version of Windows Welcome. In OEM installations of Windows, Sysprep sets the entry of IntroOnly to 0.
