API object

The Application Programming Interface (API) object contains methods that delete or set registry values, store environment variables, and interact with CSIDLs. ("CSIDL" refers to the special folders in Microsoft® Windows® .) The API object also contains methods that store file contents or retrieve values from .ini files.
