Define users
User login name:
Create a user login name and password. This will allow authorized users to access the folders and files you designate as protected. If you check the Remote administrator box, the user will be permitted to use the Manage tab from other computers (caution: only check this box for yourself or other trusted users).

After defining users, you can use the Manage >> Control access to folders and files menu to allow individual users to have access to specific shared files (the Search tab) or virtual directories (the Folders tab).
Once user accounts have been defined, use Manage >> Password-protect files to restrict access to your folders and files
