The %comment_excerpt does not work expectedly when placed in the title-attribute of the link. The following, for example, outputs full (not shortened) comment: %comment_author: %post_title As a quick workaround, I found out that for some reason, this works: %comment_author: %post_title%comment_excerpt Dang. HTML-tags were ripped of. Maybe this will show up:
