Swaps the shape of the insert and overwrite mode cursors.
Return value - None

For example, if the insert cursor is set to a block and the overwrite
cursor is set to an underline, issuing =SYS(2009) from within the
Command window or a program would change the insert cursor to an
underline and the overwrite cursor to a block.

The insert and overwrite cursor shapes may also be set with the
SYS(2008) function.
