Returns amount of memory available to the FoxPro memory manager
including high memory between 640K and 1MB that has been made available
to DOS.

If you have 64K of LIM 4.0 compatible expanded memory available, this is
also included.

SYS(12) and MEMORY() return only memory below 640KB which can be made
available when you RUN an external program.
