Returns name of Function key corresponding to <expN>.
Return value - Character

<expN>
        Function key number. The value of <expN> should be between 0 and the
maximum number of Function keys minus one.  If <expN> is greater than
the maximum number of Function keys that are available, FKLABEL()
returns the null string.  The maximum number of Function keys can be
determined with FKMAX().
