Returns name of field in database.
Return value - Character

<expN1>
        Field number.  The null string will be returned if <expN1> refers to a
field number outside of the range of fields in the currently active
database.

<expN2> | <expC>
        Work area number or alias.  If no database is open in the indicated
work area, the null string is returned.  If the second argument is
omitted, the value for the currently selected work area is returned.
