Opens or closes View window or restores FoxPro environment from a file.

ON
        Opens view window.

OFF
        Closes View window.

TO <file> | ?
        Restores FoxPro environment to state it was in when view file was
created.  View files are created by executing CREATE VIEW <file>.  See
CREATE VIEW for a list of items saved in a view file.
