SET PROCEDURE TO

Opens procedure file.
-----------------------------------

A .PRG extension is assumed if one is not specified in <file>.  Only one
procedure file may be open at a time.  SET PROCEDURE TO without <file>
closes the currently open procedure file.  When DO <program> is issued
or UDF is referenced, SET PROCEDURE <file> will be searched if file is
not found in the currently executing program.
