Specifies left margin in printed output.
Default value - 0

SET MARGIN value is stored to the system memory variable _PLOFFSET.  The
left margin may be set by storing a value directly to _PLOFFSET.  Value
of _LMARGIN also affects left margin setting.

Setting specified by SET MARGIN does not affect reports created with the
Report Writer and run with REPORT FORM.
