Specifies if match must be exact.
Default value - ON

If EXACT is SET OFF, two strings can be compared even if they have
different lengths.  If the strings match up to the point where one or
the other is exhausted, they are considered equal.

If EXACT is ON, strings must match character for character and be the
same length to be considered equal.
