Open Trace window and watches program execution.
Default value - OFF

When SET ECHO is ON, source code for program running is displayed in
Trace window.  Line currently being executed is highlighted.  You may
also set breakpoints within a Trace window to suspend program execution.

Suggestion to FoxPro Runtime users: Define SET ECHO OFF as first line of
all applications you intend to distribute.
