Turns bell on or off and sets attributes.
Default value - ON

ON
        Turns the bell on.  This is the default setting.

OFF
        Disables bell.

TO [<frequency>,<duration>]
        Adjust the frequency of  bell and duration bell is sounded.  The
frequency may be set between 19 and 10,000 hertz, duration may be set
between 1 and 19.
