ACTIVATE SCREEN
-----------------------------------
Reestablishes access to screen.
-----------------------------------
ACTIVATE SCREEN directs output to the screen. All input and output is
directed to the screen instead of an active window. All windows that
have been activated or shown and are not currently deactivated or hidden
remain on the screen, and all output sent to the screen appears behind
them.
Although windows remain on the screen, the windows are not updated. All
existing windows, however, remain defined and available for output until
they are deactivated. To temporarily direct input or output to the
underlying screen, you can ACTIVATE the SCREEN, perform the necessary
operations and reactivate the WINDOW.
