 Dear Mr. Stempel 
 
 
     Reference my last letter to you and your company, I am
pleased to inform you that because of your lack of caring, I will 
 NEVER again buy one of your JUNK vehicles.

 
 
 Never before have I had a transmission failure at 45,000 miles. 
There is NO excuse for this to happen to a disabled veteran.  
 
 
   And because of your lack of caring, I will do everything in my
power to inform the rest of this country. Doing so will be more than a   
PLEASURE for me! 
After all my computer will end up doing most of the leg work for me!
            
According to the last statistics, there is a computer in 1 out of every 3
homes in the United States.  
 
 
 Statistics also show that for every person that hears BAD news,
10 more people hear about it as well. 
 
 
 Customer's Service told me I should have just stopped driving
the vehicle.   
Surely you jest.  As a 100% disabled veteran, your personnel must
think we are made of money!  
 
 
 I would like to see you live your lifestyle on what I make a
year.  Then and ONLY then, you would have a different outlook on
