The People's Law School provides an opportunity for citizens to 
benefit from and better understand America's legal system. Legal 
practitioners will speak on the topics: Your Courts and How They 
Work; Estate Planning and Probate; Criminal Law, including 
Felonies, Misdemeanors, and DWI; Domestic Law and Child Abuse; 
Injury Cases, Jury System, and Anatomy of a Trial.  The class fee 
covers course materials and a certificate of completion.
The philosophy of billing and collecting; a step-by-step process 
of billing and collecting from the beginning of terms and 
conditions, all the way through to Small Claims Court and other 
alternatives available. Discussion of the legal aspects of 
billing and collecting an what the business person needs to know 
about what he or she can legally do or say.

A regional study based on the physical, economic, social, and 
political factors affecting countries. Relations with the U.S. 
will be stressed.
