Notice that the TITLE and FIRST NAME fields are left blank for this "business name."  Press F6 to see Category definitions.   Press F7 to see the adddress and salutation formats.
Notice that FIRST NAME contains 2 names with the man's name    first. Printed mailing labels will drop "and Sandra" and print just "Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Isuzu" (press F7 key to see this).   Also, note the address, and how CITY, STATE, and ZIP can be    
left blank, and the address will still print correctly.        Finally, notice that these NOTES can "scroll" up to 8 lines of information.
Use this record to line up labels and envelopes in "tractor"   printers. Just put the forms in your printer, then use the F2  and F3 keys back on the "Name List" to test the alignment.
