Description:

   Ninth release of COM-AND:  a communications program for the PC.  COM-AND
   provides:  dialing directory, macros, transcripting, file transfers:
   XMODEM (Windowed/CRC/Checksum), YMODEM (XMODEM-1k/Batch/Batch-g), ZMODEM,
   KERMIT (plain and windowed), CIS-B+, file encrypt/decrypt, 16550 UART
   support, redirect comm driver through BIOS, and extensive scripting.

   Accessories to COM-AND support conference usages on GEnie, CIS, Delphi,
   UNISON, TBBS:

   PC-VCO provides a way to 'see' and 'hear' people talking.
   CCHESS supports chess games with another conference user.
   CBRIDG supports bridge games with other conference users.
   CCOLOR tracks conference users, coloring each speaker's text differently

Starting the program: .. (Each README describes)

   Installation directions are included in each ZIP's README, as well as in
   the primary document for each application.  In general, dearcive each ZIP
   into a single subdirectory, and execute the primary program.  The COM-AND
   program automatically invokes an INSTALL script the first time COM-AND is
   executed.  Each accessory program must be manually invoked, and then
   initialized as described in its README.
