         Obtain hard copy print outs or view on screen at any time:
           Expense details for all accounts for the year to date

           Expense details for the above for any "from" date thru any "to" date
           Expense details for payments to any creditor for any time period
         
           Expense summary for all accounts for the year to date
           Expense summary for all accounts for any month
           Expense summary for the above for any "from" date thru any "to" date
           
           Receipt details for any time period of the accounting year
           Receipt summary for any time period of the accounting year
           Receipt details from any client for any time period
         
           Generate a profit/loss statement at any time
         
         All entries are posted when they are entered but you can:
           Edit any expense or receipt entry at any time
           Delete any expense or receipt entry at any time
         
         Backup your data files at any time. Not just the end of the month.
         
         Keep a list in alphabetical order of your regular customers so their
         names may be entered at the touch of a key
         
         Keep a list in alphabetical order of your regular clients so their 
         names may be entered at the touch of a key
         
         Keep a list in alphabetical order by name of your account numbers and
         names so they may be entered at the touch of a key
         
         All activity can be acomplished with the least amount of typing. Most
