Inbox Troubles
There are a variety of known problems with the inbox mostly regarding deleting emails. I will address the one I had. I collect email using the palmtop but leave the messages on the server for collection by my desktop. This is fine until you come to delete the messages. The messages get moved to the deleted folder but you cannot erase them from there. To erase them, you need to use the somewhat obscure menu command "Service->Clear All". (you might have to move messages into the Inbox first). The problem stemmed from the poor documentation as this function is not mentioned under "deleting messages".
