Install:

To Install, unzip with PKZip 2.04g and copy the files MBar.VBX, 
Projmgr.hlp, and vbprojs.mdb to the Windows\System directory.

Copy the file projmgrs.exe to any directory and add it to a program
group in Windows. 

To run, double click it as normal.  Read the Help file under Operation
to find out what the program does and how to use it.
