FILEBOX demonstrates how to fake a Windows style file-open box from
within VB.  A ListBox is used to display the directories and disks,
rather than the Visual Basic DriveBox and DirBox objects.

The only thing I could not manage to fake was Alt-F, Alt-D and Alt-N
accelerator keys to skip to the File, Directory and Name boxes.  Any
suggestions on how to acheive this are welcome.
