freeware Visual Basic program, so here'tis.

You might find the button array and it's calls using the mouse 
up/down events interesting for your future projects.  Sorry no 
time to document, I'm still cleaning up the mess from Jan 17.

Kudos to Ian Taylor cis:100025,557 for the dll.

Requires VB 2 or greater.  It may require the pro edition, but 
my files and docs are not very organized right now.  We had a 
bit of a 'quake here in Northridge . . . and they're still with 
us even if we're "old news" on the tube.  2 to 5 a day.

Use the -d switch when unzipping to get Ian's directory.
