Reports System, GDI and User Resources, Memory available, disk 
space remaining on drives C: and D:.  All using odometer type 
counters in a 3D bar that stays "on-top" across the top of your 
screen.  System resources and available memory are displayed 
in caption when OdoMeter is minimized.  Displays total space on 
drive C: when no drive D: is detected.
