ASSOC CUSTOM CONTROL

Copy ASSOC.VBX to your Windows SYSTEM directory (usually \WINDOWS\SYSTEM).

A (very small!) example of its use is in EXAMPLE.MAK (of which EXAMPLE.FRM and
ADDR.DAT are part).
