Copy the INI file to \WINDOWS
Copy the VBX file to \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
Copy AMASA.EXE to wherever you want.

Self explainatory program use.  When you press copy, the message is in clip board, use Shift-Insert to paste it into the VB cose.Let me know if the are any problems.
