        <nMouseRow> is a numeric value that indicates the current screen row
        position of the mouse cursor.

        <nMouseCol> is a numeric value that indicates the current screen
        column position of the mouse cursor.

        Returns a numeric value that indicates the relationship of the mouse
        cursor with the push button.
