NAME: OutText

     USE: Displays a specified string of text at the current position.
          OutText uses the current font, text justification, style,
          width, height, and centering.

     DEPENDENCY:  Must first be in graphics mode.  The unit Graph
                  must also be placed in the uses section.

     SYNTAX: OutText(DisplayedString : String);
