    DirChange()

         Changes the directory

    Syntax:

         DirChange( cNewDirec ) -> nError

         cNewDirec : New directory

    Description:

         Changes the default DOS directory.

    Return:

         Returns the DOS error or zero if there is no error.

    Example:

         DirChange ( "\OS2\MDOS" )
