         Returns the Fast Library Version

    Syntax:

         FastVersion() -> cVersion

    Description:

         Returns the Fast Library Version as a character value.

    Return:

         A character value with the Fast Library Version.

    Example:

         FastVersion()   //  "Fast Library For Clipper V. 3.11"
