Editor()

         Edits a text file

    Syntax:

         Editor ( [cFile], [cColor] ) -> Nil

         cFile  : File to edit.
         cColor : Editor color.

    Description:

         Execute an ascii editor with files not larger than 64 kb.

    Return:

         Nothing.

    Example:

         Editor ( "Fast.Ini", "W/B" )
